The rock is the reason

Earth Wave started with a basalt-lined geode cracked open in a garage in 2019. The rind was rough, the agate bands were tight, and the quartz interior looked impossible. Since then the rule has stayed simple: find specimens with real geology still visible, and leave the evidence of formation alone.

Direct from locality

We work with miners and cutters close to source in Brazil, Uruguay, Madagascar, Colombia, India, Morocco, and the Alps. We buy for locality, matrix, crystal habit, and stability, then document origin before a piece reaches the collection.

Natural surfaces

No dye. No aura coating. No heat treatment. No resin fill. If a specimen needs a stabilizing base cut or display stand, we disclose it. The mineral faces, rind, matrix, and fracture surfaces stay natural.

Handled like geology

Custom foam cradles, double-wall corrugated boxes, and freight insurance on every order. Fragile crystal edges, unstable matrix, and specimens over 10 kg get a packing plan built around the piece.
